Definitions:

• Order Date: The date the customer makes the reservation.

• Booking date: The date the reservation is for.

The following policy applies to all cancellations:

• Cancellations received 24h or more before the booking date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations received fewer 24h before the booking date are not eligible for a refund.
